Luc Francillon brings 30+ years of experience in CPG to the TRUBAR™ team
MIAMI, FL – March 27, 2025 – TRUBAR™ is thrilled to announce the appointment of Luc Francillon as Senior Vice President of Finance. With more than three decades of global experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) space, Francillon will help drive the financial strategy behind TRUBAR’s continued growth as the brand scales nationwide.
Francillon has held executive roles across global markets, most notably at Mars Inc., where he led finance functions for major business units across North America and Asia Pacific. His expertise spans strategy, financial planning and analysis, operations, procurement, manufacturing, and retail. He also brings early career experience from Unilever and Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream.
At TRUBAR, Francillon will focus on building out a finance roadmap that supports the brand’s rapid growth—including expansion into more than 15,000 retail locations in 2025, increased investment in sales and marketing, and a robust pipeline of product innovation.
